What we collect

Right now (the waitlist):

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Where your visit came from (campaign or referring site), so we know which channels bring people in.
• Technical data to confirm you are human when you submit the form, via Cloudflare Turnstile.

When you place a pre-order (coming soon):

• Your name, shipping address and phone number.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never receive or store full card details.

Why we use it

• To keep you posted about the drop and send your confirmation (consent).
• To protect the form from bots and understand where visitors come from (legitimate interest).
• For analytics and marketing cookies, only with your consent.
• To process and ship your order and meet our legal and tax obligations, once you order (contract and legal obligation).

Who we share it with

• Supabase — database and hosting.
• Resend — the waitlist and confirmation email.
• Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile).
• With your consent: Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok, to measure our campaigns.
• When you order (coming soon): Stripe for payments and Sendcloud for shipping and customs documents.

International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, with appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist email: until the drop is finished or you unsubscribe.
• Order data (once you order): as long as needed for delivery and our legal retention period (administration is generally seven years).

Cookies and consent

We only set analytics and marketing cookies after you agree via the cookie banner. Necessary items, like bot protection and remembering your choice, are always on.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Email info@theteasack.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
